Sealed bids will be received by the Coos County Board of Commissioners at the Owen Building located at 201 N. Adams St., Coquille, Oregon until 10:00 a.m. April 30, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for certain designated timber to wit:
GPX Sale, No. BH‑4‑25, located in Portions of sections 22 and 15, T27S, R14W, W.M., Coos County, Oregon. This sale is estimated to contain the following board foot volumes: Douglas Fir 892MBF; Sitka Spruce 161MBF; Sitka Spruce, 3R 5MBF; Hemlock 117MBF; Port Orford Cedar 106MBF; Alder 14MBF Total volume: 1,295MBF. The minimum acceptable bid per M.B.F., net log scale for #4 mill and better grades will be: Douglas Fir $419.00; Sitka Spruce $119.00; Hemlock $169.00; P.O. Cedar $94.00; Alder$15/ton. File Shed Sale, No. DC‑1‑25, located in Portions of sections 18, T26S, R11W, W.M., Coos County, Oregon. This sale is estimated to contain the following board foot volumes: Douglas Fir 1,365MBF; Hemlock 396MBF; Red Cedar 10MBF; Alder 41MBF Total volume: 1,812MBF. The minimum acceptable bid per M.B.F., net log scale for #4 mill and better grades will be: Douglas Fir $400.00; Hemlock $150.00; Red Cedar $400.00; Alder $12/ton.
