If you have recently purchased or sold a mobile home or manufactured structure, please refer to the appropriate forms below to process your transaction(s). To begin your transfer, you'll need some account information to complete the documents. Please fill in the appropriate blanks in your needed forms, print them, and mail or hand-deliver to the Assessor's Office.
