Board Chair (Coos County Representative)

David Geels has been a member of the Coos Health and Wellness staff for the past 24 years, serving as the Behavioral Health Director for the past 12. The Behavioral Health Director oversees all Behavioral Health operations for the entire county. David is a licensed professional counselor, and a City of Coos Bay School board member, even serving as the Chair of the school board for some time, he also serves on many local boards and efforts, including the Systems of Care Collaboration meetings. David is dedicated to helping provide better housing options and solutions to those in Coos County.
