Current Civil Service Fees
Generally, there is a fee charged for civil paper process and service. State law or county ordinance sets the fee that is charged for our services. The attached fee schedule is intended to be a reference only, and fees are subject to change without notice. While we make every attempt to ensure that the list is up to date, please keep in mind that the actual fee charged may vary and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Business and Certified Checks or Money Order for fees should be made payable to Coos County Sheriff’s Office. Cash, Check and Credit can be accepted in person, Credit/Debit payments can be made online, we are not able to process Credit over the phone. (Note credit card processing vendor charges additional convenience fee).
