Building Maintenance Worker - Coos County Maintenance Dept.
The Coos County Maintenance Dept. has an immediate open for a Building Maintenance Worker. This busy position performs a variety of specialized tasks involving labor in the maintenance, upkeep, and care of various County buildings across multiple towns. Carpentry, painting, landscape duties, cleaning, etc.
Preference may be given to candidates with two years of building maintenance experience. A valid Driver's License is required with satisfactory driving record. A background check may be required prior to final selection.
This position has excellent benefits, health insurance, paid time off and the County contributes 6% into Oregon PERS (Oregon Public Employee Retirement System).
Full time position, with office located in Coquille, Oregon, but will require travel throughout the County.
$42,600 - $49,836 per year DOE.
