Bennett started her career in Coos County in 2022, as a Deputy District Attorney.   Bennett graduated from Oregon State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.  She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2022.  Bennett is currently assigned to handle felony cases and Coos County Crash Team.
