During each election cycle we are looking for individuals that would be interested in working in the election office.  We have the below positions available:

 

  • Extra Help - Conducts the  Signature Verification of voted ballots.
  • Board Workers - Prepares the voted ballots for tabulation.
  • Drop Site Deputies - Observes the ballot boxes on Election day at the different drop site locations

General Information

PUBLIC NOTICE

Due to the coronavirus, the Election Office is closed to the public.  Effective March 18 - April 28, 2020

 

Deadline for New Voter Registrations and Party Changes is April 28, 2020


  • Voter Registrations can be completed online at www.oregonvotes.register or a voter registration card can be picked up at any local Post Office and mailed to us.  


  • The May 19, 2020 Primary Election is still on schedule, no changes have been made to this election date.  Ballots will be mailed out to all eligible voters on April 30, 2020.


  • Please call during this time with any questions or concerns (541-) 396-7610.
